New Territory News Henbury School UpgradeMember for Solomon, David Tollner MP today officially opened several new facilities at Henbury School as part of the Investing in Our Schools Programme (IOSP). They include an automatic sliding door installation, sporting infrastructure upgrade and school library refurbishment.
"Henbury School caters for children with intellectual and physical impairments so these new projects will significantly improve their learning environment by providing easier access to their facilities, high quality library and sporting resources,” Mr Tollner said.
"I am delighted that the Australian Government has been able to contribute $106,746 towards these important upgrades. I would also like to congratulate Henbury School for their contribution of $3,500 towards these improvements.”

"So far, the IOSP has provided more than $9 million for 167 projects in 101 Northern Territory schools,” Mr Tollner said.
"This is what the IOSP is all about, helping school communities fund projects that will enhance their environment and curriculum.
"The Australian Government is committed to supporting schools– there has never been a period of greater investment in our schools,” Mr Tollner said.
